Finally
Oh the fun that comes with potty training! Ya know, the doctors and books all say that your child will tell you when he/she is ready, but I don't have the money to wait, so we've been working with the kids. Jeremy went fast, he was past ready, however Jackson was, and still is, more of a challenge. He is peeing fine, but we finally pooped for the first time today. And I don't think he really wanted to, but I saw that he was about to go and I rushed him and sat him down, he proceeded to call Nana and Kiki because they are the most vocal about him using the potty (besides me, but I was here, he didn't need to call me). He was very proud once he did it, and I just hope it will begin to stick in his brain that it is better to do it on the potty than to do it in his pants. Anyway, not that you all wanted to know about it, but I later got him to sit on the potty for a picture and had to share it. He's just so cute. And of course, he had to have some photos with Aurora so there's one of them together too. Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Yesterday!
Ahhwww. She fussed and fussed until daddy picked her up, and then she fell asleep, all twisted up mind you, but I guess all she wanted was her daddy.
Our friends Stacey and Wes came over yesterday and brought their kids Dylan and Delaney. This it Delaney with Aurora, and the next picture is Jackson and Dylan racing each other. He is 4 1/2 and she just turned 3. Anyway, we filled the pool with water and put it under the kids slide so they could slide down and land in the water. The next picture is Jackson in the pool (freezing) surrounded by the water balloon that Aaron and I filled up. The very last picture is from this morning when the kids got up, Jackson loves it when I take pictures of him and Auri, which happens almost every morning. Enjoy the pictures and have a wonderful day!!

BathTime
Isn't it interesting how innocent and pure our children can be. I love how they can teach us to love and they can teach us how to see the world through forgiving eyes. I sometimes don't want to see past my own pride, but when I see how Jackson is so giving and caring about others. He loves to be at church and he loves to go to KiKi's house. Actually yesterday, she stopped by to pick up Isaac (from our house) after work and when she left, Jackson just cried and cried because he wanted to go home with KiKi! Yes, he can be really trying and testing sometimes, but even in those times he has a way of warming your heart and being sweet. Anyway, enough of my rambling, I just LOVE my kids so much, those of you with children can understand I'm sure. And those who don't have children of your own at least have neices and/nephews who you love dearly. Here is my latest installment of pictures. Have a wonderful day!!!

It's funny how we are so shy about our own nudety and yet look, we share our children's nudity all the time, I just did it. And there isn't a problem with that, they are cute and cuddly and as I said before, innocent. I love my kids. I know I've said it before, and you know what, I'll say it again, I'm always gonna say it. Oh, check out the look on Aurora's face in this picture as the boys go to kiss her. I bet you she's thinking "I'm gonna be pampered by these boys for the rest of my life, I've got them wrapped around every one of my tiny little fingers." Have a great day Everyone!!!

Another day of controlled caos
Yesterday was a wonderful day of celebration as Karin & Tim and Aaron & I gave our baby girls back to God. It isn't every day that you get to share something so special with your sister and to have so much love and support there too. After church most of us went to Karin and Tim's house for a long day of family time and good food. That is where I was able to get the picture of the girls butt embroidery. I hope you all enjoy the pictures. God Bless, and have a wonderful day!!
